Yes, a 4.80-8 sized tire like the Kenda K371 # AM10004 you were looking at will work well to replace the 16x5.00-8 tires on your garden tractor. These are very similarly sized tires so you aren't going to see much of a difference (if at all) when mounting them to your tractor.
This particular bias ply tire is perfect for agricultural use and it featuers a maximum load of 745 pounds at 90 psi. I have attached a short video review below that you can check out as well. view full answer...
They sure will!
5-12 Tractor tires are designed to fit 12" diameter wheels that are 4" wide, which is exactly what the Dexter Solid Center Steel Wheel # AM20112 you were looking at are.
Now to confirm that this wheel will fit the vehicle/machine you are planning on installing it on you will need to measure the bolt pattern of your current wheel following the included help article.
The # AM20112 has the common 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, but if you find you need a different bolt pattern... view full answer...
Bias ply tires do better for agricultural applications like what you have.
The highest rated 15 inch trailer tire we have is the part # TTWSF22515D which is a bias ply tire in size 225/75D15 that has a weight rating of 2,540 lbs at 65 psi. This would be way more than needed for a 3,500 lb axle. view full answer...
The 5.70/5.00-8 is the same as our Kenda K353 Bias Trailer Tire; part # AM10010 for load range b, part # AM10012 for load range c, or part # AM10013 for load range d. Therefore, these are what I recommend for replacement. They have bias plies so they will be great for off-road use and they come with a five year warranty. They will work great with your existing wheels so there's no need to upgrade these also. view full answer...
Safety chains should be selected by first confirming the weights of the two trailers when they are fully loaded. Next you will determine the length you need for the two ends to reach the trailer and truck without dragging on the ground.
For example, Andersen Ultimate Safety Chains # RM3230 is a pair of 35-inch chains with 3-1/2-inch levis hooks, D-rings and hardware. These are rated for 24,000-lbs.
These and other chains can be seen by clicking on the link provided. view full answer...
I went out to the warehouse to measure the hooks of the # 58514 for you, and found they are 3-3/4" wide so you'll need to go with some different straps.
I recommend going with 3 of the # EM78527-MS which is a smaller 2" strap, but will fit inside of your stake pockets and using 3 of them will be more than enough for a 6,700lb tractor. view full answer...

I have also included a link to an FAQ on how to measure for bolt pattern. For a 5 bolt you most likely have a 5 on 4-1/2. Tire and wheel combo # AM3H390 that you referenced is a 5 on 4-1/2, load... view full answer...
